1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website orvexanova.com and to all services offered by Orvexanova BV, with registered office at Avenue Louise 287 box 4, 1050 Brussels, registered under company number BE 0789.456.123.
2. Nature of the service
Orvexanova operates a crowdfunding platform for real estate projects in Belgium, registered under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 (ECSPR) and supervised by the Belgian FSMA (reference FSMA-2023-CF-00187). The platform brings project owners and investors into contact and does not provide investment advice.
3. Risks of real estate investing
Investing in real estate crowdfunding involves risks, including the possible total or partial loss of the invested capital, delays in delivery, illiquidity of the investment and changes in the market value of the underlying property. Past returns are no guarantee of future performance.
4. Admission to the platform
Access to investment opportunities is reserved for persons aged 18 and above who successfully complete the full KYC/AML process. Orvexanova reserves the right to refuse or suspend registration in the event of non-compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Newsletter subscription
By providing your name and email address through the newsletter form, you explicitly consent to receiving project updates, market analyses and commercial communications from Orvexanova. You may unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, via the link in every email or at contact@orvexanova.com.
6. Intellectual property
All elements of orvexanova.com (texts, images, logos, source code, project files) are protected by Belgian and European intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
7. Liability
Orvexanova strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the content. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of the information published.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch-speaking courts and tribunals of Brussels, without prejudice to statutory consumer protection.
9. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Complaints can be submitted in writing to Orvexanova BV — Complaints Department, Avenue Louise 287 box 4, 1050 Brussels, or via complaints@orvexanova.com. Consumers may also turn to the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
10. Changes
Orvexanova reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are published on this page at least thirty days before they take effect.
